Getting started
Understand the numbers and shortcuts on the home screen: conversations, leads and service performance.
The Dashboard is the first screen after signing in and summarizes your operation: conversation volume per channel, new leads, leads at each funnel stage and recent activity.
The side menu organizes the system into groups: Operations (Conversations, Leads, Tasks), Sales (Proposals, Forecast, History), AI (AI Settings, Message Templates) and Settings (Team, Integrations, Profile).
On mobile, the menu lives behind the icon in the top corner. AutomLab is a PWA: you can "install" the app on your phone's home screen from the browser.
Tip: Use the Dashboard cards as shortcuts, clicking a metric takes you straight to the corresponding screen.
