  • Meta Platform Data: In accordance with Meta's APIs, we collect your Public Profile (Name, ID, Profile Picture), Page Metadata, and interaction content (Messages and Comments) solely to provide automation services.
  • Usage Data: Collected automatically including IP address, browser type, and diagnostic data.

Meta Platform Data Usage (Compliance with Term 4.a)

As an app integrated with Meta APIs, AutomLab strictly follows the Meta Platform Terms:

  • Purpose: We only request and use data necessary to automate responses, manage customer service, and provide engagement analytics.
  • Data Processing: We do not sell, license, or purchase any data obtained from the Meta APIs.
  • Third Parties: We do not transfer Meta user data to any data brokers or ad networks.

Retention and Deletion of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

How to Delete Your Data (Meta Compliance)

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, we provide a clear mechanism for data deletion:

  • Revocation: You may revoke our access to your data at any time via your Facebook Settings under "Apps and Websites".
  • Request for Deletion: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your data. To do so, please send an email to leanvasconcellos@gmail.com or contato@automlab.com.br.
  • Processing: Upon request, we will delete all your personal data and Meta-associated data from our servers within 48 business hours.

Security and Children's Privacy

We use commercially reasonable means to protect Your Personal Data, including encryption for data in transit and at rest. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13.
